I am a freelance writer from Ontario, Canada whose main interest is spirituality. I feel that everyone needs to know who they are and why they are here now. I also have a keen interest in anything with nature: animals, plants, rocks, stars! Travel in Celtic lands is another source of fascination, particularly ancient ruins and churches.

I currently work as a photo/journalist with local media, covering whatever is going on in the community. I have been doing this for over 20 years and find it quite satisfying. However, I signed up for Suite 101 because it gives me a chance to write about what really interests me, matters of the soul.

I have also written some free downloadable books at smashwords.com including my latest called Life Lessons in a Canoe. You can download this at http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/73425 using just your computer or an ebook reader. Have fun!
